great staff but some dining issues

During my 6-night stay, I encountered several issues. the claim of having a top chef fell flat, as the food did not meet our expectations. for instance, even the simple French fries were soggy. Lastly, I faced problems with the water supply in my room, as there was not always hot water available and the water pressure was disappointingly low for the rain shower.
